Now, we’re ready to grow in Ireland and EU – and we’re looking for an exceptional Business Development Manager to lead the way.

Your Mission

As our Business Development Manager for Ireland, you’ll be the catalyst for growth, responsible for:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients across sectors like energy, agriculture, and sustainability.
  • Funding & Financing: Secure financing for Axiobit through EU funds, VC networks, private investors, and government support.
  • Sales Partnerships: Build and manage a network of partners to expand Axiobit’s market reach and impact.
  • You’ll have autonomy, flexibility, and the chance to shape your success – with a base salary + success fee model that rewards your results.

What we are looking for in you

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales & Business Development
  • BA degree in Economics or connected fields
  • Self-driven, autonomous, and entrepreneurial
  • A natural networker with strong salesmanship
  • Skilled in proposal writing, presentations, and client management
  • Inquisitive, adaptable, and quick to learn new industries and technologies
  • Experience in sustainability, energy, agriculture, or related fields is a plus
  • International background? Even better!
  • Confident in your ability to earn high success fees through results
