1. MODEL REASONING

Our delivery model is a dynamic business design that is adapted and re-imagined according to the evolution of the society, norms and policies imposed either by law or by customer’s specific policies.

Today, there are some shifts in rules and policies such as limited gathering and travel restrictions, as well as in creating new habits such as remote working, and mixed work and life balance. Axiobit team answers to these new challenges by creating a dynamic delivery model, while keeping the quality criteria at the highest level.

Based on many years of experience, the consultants from Axiobit have set up two quality targets:

 1. Creating a common understanding framework by a permanent exchange of knowledge with the customer’s team. The main task of delivery journey is to make our consulting work clearly understandable for all the stakeholders, roles and personas involved in the project. We are exploring together mystery zones and we are trying to facilitate the transition to algorithm; therefore, the permanent check for the common understanding is critical.

  2. Delivering the scope at the highest level of quality.

Note: In the context, Axiobit Limited aims to deliver the projects by putting together the material outcomes residing in the quality of the consulting product as well as the “spiritual” part that resides in the quality and the sustainability of the transferred knowledge from consultants to the customer internal team.

3. DELIVERY FLOWS

There is no precise rule in designing a delivery flow. Axiobit team will set up the flow during the first stages of the projects according to the customer’ internal policies and the legal framework.
